DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Improvement Lead Technician to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

Lead 5S Initiatives

  • Drive the implementation of the 5S system across different departments to ensure alignment with lean manufacturing principles.

Organize 5S Audits

  • Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with 5S standards and identify areas for improvement.

Monitor 5S Progress

  • Track the effectiveness of 5S practices through key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to management.
