What your future day will look like: • Lead integration of the Quality Management System. • Develop quality metrics, design and production certification plans. • Create criteria for supplier selection. • Analyze nonconforming products and create corrective actions. • Perform quality audits. • Identify areas of improvement from data analysis. • Ensure 5S principles are met each day. • Oversee production training and skills assessment programs. work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage Quality Control Team

• Partner with Production Team, ensuring overall adherence to cGMPs

• Respond to Production and QC Team questions on quality, labels, products, and packaging

• Perform and document quality checks when extra help is needed in incoming or production QC

• Revise SOPs and associated documents to comply with FDA/ISO 13485

• Tally and report quality control rejections

• Check temperature records monthly, write annual site temperature report

• Conduct customer complaint investigations

• Work with production team to write and verify CAPAs

• Periodically confirm cGMP site compliance, including logbooks, records, and paperwork

• Conduct cGMP training for site and maintain training records

• Regulatory responsibilities for Unique Device Identifiers, FDA Cares reporting, customer requested

documents
