Randstad has partnered with a highly reputable food distribution warehouse located in Rogers, MN. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to help oversee day to day operations. The Building Maintenance Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment. Performs complex building repairs using various technical skills (e.g., carpentry, electrical and plumbing.) Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.

• Oversees and maintains warehouse by, but not limited to: repairing concrete floors, roll-up dock doors, and racks; replacing lights and light fixtures; replacing plumbing and fixtures; and installing, repairing and texturing drywall. Services air conditioning units. Remodels and decorates rooms as needed; paints large and small areas.

• Coordinates outside building contractors.

• Keeps accurate records/files of work orders for preventative maintenance and monitors ammonia cooling systems.

• Repairs in-house machines, as needed.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience: 4-6 Years

Two or more years of experience in each of the trades (i.e., carpentry electrical and plumbing), five or more years

of experience working on commercial heating and air conditioning units and refrigeration systems. Team lead or supervisory experience.

Skills

• Building Maintenance (4 years of experience is preferred)
