Your responsibilities in this role

• Coordinate file gathering and indexing with various departments and employees

• Ensure employees complete projects in timely manner

• Capacity to answer questions regarding files and records

• According to specific timelines, retrieve and collect data

• Make sure a high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents are arranged within specific guidelines

• Manage quality control of documents to ensure proper filing

• Faxing, archiving, scanning, filing, and word processing Requirements - Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

• Digital Files experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

  • Word and Excel experience is desired

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of File Clerk experience preferred

• Adept handling office equipment

• Strong organization skills

• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
