About the position
This position is for a professional with knowledge and expertise in Project Management financials, who participate in medium-sized programs. Person on these position will be responsible for preparing financial part of business cases for new projects, work closely with Project team to define project budged and cooperate with project team during execution phase by controlling all financial aspects of projects.
Responsibilities
In this diverse role, you will perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
Perform detailed financial analysis and cash flow modeling of the projects
Review and analyze financial aspects of project proposals, ensuring feasibility and profitability.
Conduct variance analyses for each project, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.
Develop, monitor, and analyze project budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
Work closely with project managers to create accurate and realistic financial forecasts.
Establish and maintain robust internal controls for project-related financial activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Lead small/medium-sized project as an option
Qualifications
Bachelor’s level degree in finance, accounting, or related area of study
3 years of directly related experience.
A willingness to learn and help in all areas of the project team
Analytical skills and an ability to convey financial information clearly and accurately across the organization
Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to effectively prioritize workload and complete tasks to best meet organization’s needs
Have strong numerical, analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to be resourceful in analyzing situations and applying principles and procedures to assist in the development of solutions to difficult problems
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
Localization:
Gdańsk, Poland or Ropczyce, Poland
Up to 80% remote work
Occasional business travel (max. 10% of time)
