Description
Robert Half HR Solutions is currently seeking a contract to hire HR Business Partner for our client based near Roswell, Georgia. This position requires onsite work 5 days a week. This role plays a pivotal part in offering HR consultation, establishing strategies that align with business objectives for our designated unit, and ensuring a seamless integration of HR functions with other departments.
Our client is experiencing tremendous growth and change. For this reason, they are choosing to onboard this role contract to hire to ensure a good fit for both the chosen candidate and the organization. There is an opportunity for potential 2 days remote if the role converts to a permanent role. Candidates who have overseen HR for multi-location offices will be given first consideration. HR Business Partners will experience in retail and logistics are encouraged to apply as our client's business model mirrors these environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as a liaison between line managers and the HR department, providing comprehensive HR support
Undertaking comprehensive organizational assessments.
Managing employee relations
Documenting procedures
Work to support HRIS implementation in 2025
Analyzing HR data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective strategies.
Overseeing recruitment activities and implementing effective hiring strategies.
Providing developmental coaching to employees and managerial staff.
Developing and leading talent management initiatives.
Ensuring the company's adherence to employment laws and regulations.
Representing HR department in cross-functional projects.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our team.
Requirements • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Demonstrable skills in compliance and adherence to labor laws and regulations
• Proven experience in managing and improving employee relations
• Proficient in corporate recruiting, able to attract and retain top talent
• Expertise in designing and implementing onboarding processes for new employees
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive in identifying and addressing potential HR issues within the company
• CIPD or relevant HR certification would be an advantage
