Salary:  44-64 K gross depending on background and experience.

JOB PURPOSE

Running key out of home (OOH)activations & creation future proof concepts & plans in the Ice Cream marketing team.

CONTEXT

We have grown the out of home business year on year with our great Ice Cream brands within existing & new clients by tapping into existing & new Ice Cream moments. We would like to accelerate the growth in one of our key channels (OOH) in the new Ice Cream company. This will be done with great plans, portfolio & flawless execution. With a customer & consumer centric lens we need to keep on driving this OOH business. Example of such a great activation involving customers & consumers is the week of joy. A week in which we reach more then 1000 customers with 150 people of sales, marketing, supply chain & Channel Server Provider in the field. Within this role you would be responsible of key activations like Horecava, seasonstart, week of joy, key account marketing plans & destination of joy. Key plans that make an impact for customer & consumers & will put a smile on your face! The world of OOH is changing and we want to stay ahead!

MAIN JOB PURPOSE

In this dynamic environment we are looking for a highly motivated teammember to execute key activations & delop long term OOH plans in a agile & creative manner. The channel marketing team sits within the overall marketing team & close collaboration will grow the In Home (IH) & OOH business were the same consumer will be reached.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Leading Horecava

  • Leading Destination of Joy activation

  • Leading week of joy activation

  • Leading key account activations

  • Co-create OOH long term growth plan

  • Alignment of plans internally to execute with partners or sales teams

  • Drive & determine point so sales materials for field

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Passionate about crafting branded experiences, mixes and communication and trialing ideas in the out of home market.

  • Strong entrepreneurial drive combined with growth mindset and passion for growth fundamentals (“I have never tried that before, so I think I should definitely be able to do that.”).

  • Great stakeholder management.

  • Strong consumer affinity and aware of OOH trends, with focus on Millennials and Gen Z

  • Focus on detail and perfect execution.

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 3 years of experience in the field

  • Proven experience and interest in out of home market

  • Previous marketing experience (Brand Building or Brand Development) is a plus

  • Familiar with working in an agile environment is a plus
