It’s our team of HR Business Partners who consult with executive leaders on organization design and development in line with our overall business strategy. We work in partnership with business units and divisions to identify and address the root causes of human resource issues and ensure compliance with corporate policy.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner acts as the key point of contact for the Client Solutions Leadership team in all HR matters, including:

  • Executes HR strategy while taking a consultative approach to solving business related issues

  • Leads Talent Management initiatives to ensure a robust leadership pipeline

  • Implements HR programs by collaborating cross-functionally

  • Leads special projects

  • Scans and benchmarks the marketplace to identify and leverage best practices to influence the business and HR agenda

  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and influences leaders to make changes in organizational structures or processes

  • Investigates employee relations issues that have reached escalation point

  • Coaches and educates leaders on resolving employee relations issues

  • Demonstrates broad knowledge of HR policies, regulations and practices and is familiar with operational issues relevant to the client group

  • Creates presentations and presents to executive level audiences Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years experience as an HR Business Partner in a multi-region/global organization

  • In depth knowledge of talent management strategies

  • Ability to work with leaders and team members at all organizational levels

  • Exhibit strong ownership of projects and deliverables

  • Undergraduate degree Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience leading HR initiatives in a technology company
