The anticipated salary range for this role is between $77,000.00 and $109,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

SUMMARY:

Jenius Bank is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations professional within the Marketing Team. This role will report into the VP, Marketing Operations and will lead and assist across all MOps responsibilities with specific focus on Process Operations. These responsibilities include but are not limited to planning and workflow management, procedural management, training and enablement, vendor procurement, MarTech platform ownership, quality controls, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in Marketing Operations and supporting B2C strategies in a highly collaborative and dynamic organization.

PRINCPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create/Modify Process Maps (workflow management) to help the Marketing Team increase efficiency and improve collaboration

  • Write Procedures & Job-Aids for MOps owned items (E.g., Braze, Knak, Atlassian, IntelligenceBank), and consult/guide other Marketing Team members for their owned items (E.g., Sprinklr, SEMrush, Contentful, Google Marketing Platform, Merkury, SearchStax)

  • Assist in supporting MOps Office Hours and facilitating trainings for MOps owned procedures and Job-Aids to help the Marketing Team maximize capabilities and platforms

  • Manage quality control activities that help ensure assets, procedures, controls, and job-aids are accurate, in compliance with required review cycles, and functioning effectively

  • Own and manage Marketing taxonomies (E.g., Campaigns and Assets)

  • Manage Marketing PM Tooling that enables proper intake, evaluation, and prioritization of activities in collaboration with PM resource and other Marketing Team initiative leaders

  • Assist Marketing Team with vendor procurement and renewal activities in collaboration with Vendor Operations

  • Manage marketing capabilities intake process and oversee implementation in coordination with assigned Marketing Team leader and PM resource

  • Assist with Platform Ownership responsibilities of selected Marketing Team owned operational platforms – managing the development and evolution of for greater efficiency and capability.

POSITION SPECFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing with a keen understanding of how marketing processes work together and affect each other

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience assessing marketing processes and finding ways to improve efficiency and quality of work

  • Experience and comfort working within MarTech platforms such as DAMs, Marketing Automation, Audience Management, and Project Management

  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk through adherence to regulations and best practices

  • Experience creating and delivering trainings and materials that promote awareness and inspire adoption

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
