Description An executive management team has partnered with Robert Half to find an Executive Assistant who is efficient at handling administrative tasks. You will play a critical role in supporting the ongoing operations of a growing company and be able to develop your professional experience and relationships. This Executive Assistant opportunity is located in the Sacramento, California area and is a long-term contract / temporary employment role.

Key responsibilities

• Vet calls

• Making sure material is presentation ready

• Make travel and meeting arrangements

• Instruct and direct other support staff and customer relations

• Prepare reports and financial data Requirements - Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience

• Well-founded grasp of Google Suite

• Practical knowledge of Event Coordination

• Administrative experience experience

• Arranging Travel experience preferred

• Proficiency in Book Travel Arrangements

• Proven knowledge of Travel Coordination

• Travel arrangements experience highly desired

• General familiarity with Coordinating Schedules

• Comprehensive knowledge of C-Suite

• Internet research skills
