Dani Rivera with Robert Half is searching for a Controller to join a reputable company. This is a leadership role with responsibility over an accounting and clerical department. As the Controller, your tasks will include planning and directing all accounting operational functions, managing the consolidation of financial information for internal and external financial statements, assessing accounting and internal control systems, and guiding departmental staff. Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field

• Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred

• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment

• Proficiency in NetSuite

• US GAAP experience preferred

• Solid understanding of Full Cycle Accounting
