TEKsystems Digital Response Representative in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri
Description:
The Digital Response Representative will communicate via email with external customers and internal business partners to help move customer loan files through the process. This individual will work through a queue, uploading documents into Encompass and following up with customers if inadequate information is provided
Skills & Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
6+ months of office based, administrative background
Experience making outbound calls/sending business emails
Mortgage, banking, insurance background preferred
Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Google suite
Ability to work under deadlines on a daily basis
