Responsibilities The Integration and Automation Lead role is a technical oriented position that collaborates with our business partners and developers to achieve quality, speed, and efficiency through integration and automation platforms. Critical thinking and a strong interest in using various technology solutions to address business challenges and uncover new opportunities will be key to future success. We are looking for high energy employees who are good at complex and creative problem solving in an Enterprise environment, while working well in a fast paced, agile IT organization with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES Lead automation development team consisting of employees and contract resources Support technical development, skills growth, and ensure development capacity is aligned with pipeline and maintenance activities Provide business analysis Gathers project requirements, timing needs, IT capabilities and tools available, and works as a liaison between the business and IT on project deliverables Support project management (PM) work to ensure the success of tasks that lead to project completion Projects may be waterfall or agile based, with the PM running meetings, updating executives, and prioritizing tasks and initiatives Working with organizational leadership ensure platform lifecycle, capacity planning, and any innovation needs are met Advises and leads data Integration and transformations for Corporate platforms including ERP and RPA services Create and maintain design documents and integration inventories to ensure sustainability and supportability Manage RPA services including the development environment, platform, logging tools, and bot development standards Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS BA/BS degree preferred 10+ years in IT, 5+ years in Business Analysis, 5+ years in RPA or Integration development roles Knowledge of enterprise, system, integration and data architecture standards, frameworks and practices RPA tools and platforms; Automation Anywhere and PowerAutomate preferred ERPs (e.g. Oracle Fusion, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics) focusing on integration and data querying. Experience developing and consuming APIs, and common integration methodologies including XML, XSD, SOAP, and service orchestration tools Familiarity working with software development methodology and lifecycle practices including SDLC and agile Proven experience communicating effectively and confidently to all levels of the organization (including executive level) Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions Ability to effectively organize, manage change, and propel cross-functional teams Ability to gather and document processes in a way that allows for event-driven, procedural replication of tasks Ability to prioritize and demonstrate excellent time management skills, including key Project Management principles
