Corporate Interiors Inc Project Administrator - HYBRID in Saint Louis, Missouri

As aProject Administrator, you'll be an essential part of our Customer Experience team, helping bring excitement and confidence to our clients throughout their project journey. What You'll Do:

  • Be the Guide: Lead our clients through every step of their project, from quoting to final invoicing. Enter order data into our system, request customer deposits, and prepare vendor purchase orders and customer proposals. You'll ensure that all order-related documents are accurately uploaded and processed.
  • Elevate the Experience: Proof vendor acknowledgments to ensure order accuracy, troubleshoot pricing issues, and keep the system updated with factory ship dates. You'll be the go-to person for any issues and will communicate the project status to both the client and internal teams.
  • Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with vendors, field operations teams, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Keep the order entry system up-to-date and support project managers and sales teams by ensuring efficient weekly status meetings.
  • Drive Success: Assist with cross-business unit training initiatives and provide backup assistance to other Project Coordinators during PTO or busy periods. You'll also prompt customer invoicing and assist the Accounting department with collections when needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background:An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, interior architecture/design, or construction management preferred.
  • Experience:Ideally, you have at least one year of experience in customer service, account management, or project management.
