Sodexo Dietitian Nutritionist II part time in SAINT PAUL, Minnesota
Unit Description
Sodexo is seeking a Part Time Registered Dietitian to provide services for adults and adolescents at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. Position will support three treatment center located in St. Paul, Plymouth, & Center City, MN . Position will work 20-24 hours per week with excellent benefits.

The successful candidate will:
Provide coverage as needed at all three treatment centers and fill in for virtual coverage for our Newberg, OR and Rancho Mirage, CA locations
Be responsible to conduct monthly patient lectures, group facilitating, and one-on-one patient consultations for a variety of health conditions including: diabetes, liver disease, eating disorders, gastric bypass, malnutrition, and food allergies.
Be coordinating alternative meal selections for patients with special nutritional needs.
Perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays;
Educate healthcare team member, including physicians and nurses; and/or assist with Food Service Management as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)(Note:For those seeking registration after 2023, a master’s degree will be required)
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision
Credentials Requirement:
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
Specialty credential in area(s) of focused practice, as applicable, or advanced practice certification (RD-AP/RDN-AP)
