Teleperformance USA Executive VP Business Development - Retail & e commerce in Saint Paul, Minnesota


The Retail/eCommerce vertical is very dynamic within Teleperformance we are collaborating with global eCommerce Platform, Online Retailers and Disruptive Retail Tech leaders offering a full suite of services ranging from Sales, Customer Services, Technical Support, Trust & Safety, Community Management to Anti-fraud/anti-counterfeit solutions.


As the global sales lead for the Retail/eCommerce Vertical at Teleperformance, you will have the responsibility to grow the Revenue and GM in the vertical, focusing on the below areas:

Capability Building

  • Strategy and Roadmap - competitive SWOT analysis on how to make TP the undisputed leader and go-to partner analyzing the market, competition, clients, and prospects opportunities.

  • Lead and develop the Vertical sales team - define an optimal sales force structure

  • Build and keep updated Teleperformance G2M in the vertical.

  • Constant benchmarking to understand and drive best practices (from external sources and from best-in-class operations within TP

  • Research market / industry for new trends and pilot new Tools / practices within TP

  • Conceptualize (invent), experiment and roll out new tools / practices.

Business Growth

  • Creates a culture of success & ongoing business and goal achievement to overachieve New Business number commitment (X2 market growth minimum)

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline

  • Deliver comprehensive reporting on all plans/strategies/financials


  • 15+ years experience in Business Development, CX, Transformation

  • Proven track record in building and leading consultative sales teams, driving performance, and financial results,

  • Good understanding of CX related digital technologies,

  • Consultative solution based executive relationship development

  • Entrepreneurial thinking, curiosity

  • Interpersonal skills, self-confidence, and team-work mindset

  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to drive C-level interactions

  • Proven ability to work in complex matrix organization

  • Able to cope with pressure

  • Demonstrated decisiveness and leadership.

  • Highest standards of ethical behavior.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
