We are looking for contract team members to provide coverage during the holiday season in various administrative and customer support roles. As part of our holiday coverage team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining excellent customer service levels during this busy time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.

• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.

• Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers.

• Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries.

• Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure seamless holiday operations.

  Requirements

• Previous experience in administrative or customer support roles preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in using office software and comfortable learning new systems.

• Availability to work flexible hours during the holiday season.

• Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
