Title- Sr. Project Manager (SAP) Location- Based in Greensboro, NC- open to hybrid working schedule or full remote Key responsibilities:
- Support the IT Business Partner
- Strategic thought partner
- Develop project implementation strategy, project plan and milestone plan
- Create business requirements and process flows
- Conduct analysis, baseline current state and provides recommendations
- Ability to create PowerPoint presentations (creative thinker)
- Accountable for issue and risk management and mitigations
- Ensure successful implementation and manage scope, budget, and timeline
- Accountable for status reporting, communicating across leadership groups and stakeholders
- Strategic thought partner, conduct analysis to evaluate current state, identify gaps, and collaborate with team to define / document solutions
- Budget management support
- Write user stories that clearly communicate the business requirements to developers and establish acceptance criteria with stakeholders
- Communication etiquette

Education:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in management of complex projects, procurement and business analysis skills
- Experience in various methodologies: Scrum / Agile / Waterfall
- Nice to Have: Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification
