JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

We are looking for an experienced Engineer to join our team to help deliver the project through all stages; design, installation and commissioning. Work with the team to deliver the project from concept through to fully operational status, ensuring all project KPI’s have been met and the success is measurable. Develop solutions to improve both uptime and machine reliability across the manufacturing site. Develop suggestions and ideas with other Operators and Engineers and apply technical solutions. Develop Engineering Procedures to ensure best practice for machine maintenance and share with site Engineering team for equipment and machines that are introduced through the projects. Use experience and capabilities to give a practical aspect to the project team to deliver effective installation and commissioning of the new line.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in engineering are required.

  • Excellent communication skills and a good level of computer literacy are essential WCM, TPM or other Continuous Improvement culture

  • Effective communicator with all members of the operations team including engineering, production, safety and quality teams.

  • Use appropriate APQP tools
