The *Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD)*,within the Department of Health & Human Services,is looking for a dedicated professional to fill our Caseworker Specialist I position. DSPD provides a great number of varied services intended to help people with disabilities participate more fully in their communities and lead more self-determined lives. The DSPD Caseworker Specialist I-Services & Eligibility team performs caseworker duties in one of the following areas: clients with intellectual disabilities; families with members having disabilities; and determining ongoing eligibility for individuals with disabilities. May functionally supervise staff. Generally,the best qualified individuals for this job will have obtained licensure as a QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional),and will have previous experience with the people with disabilities in Utah.
