University of Utah Computer Operator in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
The Eccles Health Sciences Library (EHSL) and is seeking a new partner in helping us improve the tech support for the students, staff, faculty, and patrons of the library as well as for the Eccles Health Sciences Education Building (EHSEB).In this position you will be the first line of support for users seeking help with technology in the buildings. These will include PC and Mac computers, A/V equipment, peripherals, printers, networking, and software. You will assist patrons with their personal devices as well, including their phones, laptops, tablets, and other computing devices.We foster an environment of curiosity and encourage all our employees to think creatively and to propose new projects that may or may not have an immediate curricular impact.
