University of Utah Counselor/Coord of Groups in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
This person will assist the Sport Psychology & Wellness office in the delivery of mental health and mental performance services to student-athletes at the University of Utah. Responsibilities will include the provision of therapy services to his/her selected sports teams as well as coordinating group and workshop initiatives within the office. Skills with interdisciplinary group offerings, such as mind body workshops or injury support groups is preferred. As a licensed or licensed eligible therapist, this person will assist in crisis management, team culture, and training of practicum students. Finally, this person will provide training to coaches, athletic trainers, academic staff, and other athletic department staff within the realm of psychological services.
