Customer Care Annuity Rep
$22.00/hr.
Mon-Fri
8:00am-5:00pm
This position will be taking inbound calls, researching accounts, and resolving issues that arise for our customers and clients. We are looking for someone who is organized, able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of th e Customer Care Annuity Representative :
Answer 30-40 inbound calls from existing Policy Holders and Insurance Agents
Process all service requests for contract holders
Manage inquiries via phone, email or other incoming requests
Stay up-to-date on carrier and company policies and procedures
Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
Adhere to established service standards while maintaining quality standards Ensure details are checked and timelines are followed closely
Process data in a timely fashion to ensure deadlines are met
Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Customer Care Annuity Representative :
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Working knowledge of annuities or other financial services products is preferred, but not required
Extraordinary email, grammar, and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), and the Internet
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
