University of Utah Executive Assistant in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
Serves as the senior Executive Assistant in the office of the CEO. Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, triaging incoming tasks, guiding projects, and managing relationships with key stakeholders including interactions with leadership, clinicians, scientists, staff, trainees, and external partners. This position will join a dynamic team of passionate individuals dedicated to the mission of HCI. The successful candidate will be a service-oriented problem-solver who has a passion for administrative work.
