Job Summary
The clerk will greet and assists visitors in person or over the telephone and provided general office support. Specific responsibilities include:
Receiving, greeting, and directing visitors to appropriate person or office.
Answering telephone, aiding, and directing customers to the correct person or office.
Maintaining office equipment and arranging for service calls as needed.
Processing and distributing mail.
Maintaining office supplies and stock.
Performing other reception, clerical, and office duties as assigned, such as coordinating events and assisting with special projects and initiatives.
