Overview Myriad Genetics is looking for a talented Interface Specialist to provide data support to the EMR Integration Project Management Team. In this role, you will be responsible for collating and verifying data from multiple sources, working with cross-functional teams, assisting with data cleanup efforts, and decreasing duplicate records across our core Salesforce.com system. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the execution of administrative documents that are critical for integration projects to begin. To be successful as an Interface Specialist, you should have a make-it-happen attitude, good eye for detail, enjoy solving the puzzle of merging duplicate records, a meticulous approach to information verification, and expand knowledge of Salesforce functionality to recommend feature solutions to enhance prevention of duplicate records. Responsibilities * Primarily work with the EMR Interface Project Management, Commercial, Customer Success, and Data Steward teams on projects that require Salesforce data reconciliation which includes conducting a thorough data comparison on the cases to come into the queue. * Develop a strong understanding of account architecture for successful EMR implementation, by collaborating with EMR Interface Project Management and Commercial team colleagues to understand clinical user workflows, EMR vendor technical constraints, and Myriad result management configuration, and considering these requirements as part of developing account structure for implementation. * Manage portfolio of data reconciliation projects and tasks for upcoming integration projects for the EMR Interface Project Management Team. * Own and continuously refine working partnership between EMR Interface Project Management and Data Steward Teams for implementation success. * Verify information accuracy for records set to merge. * Establish process for performing regular data integrity and quality audits. * Develop and drive ongoing technical and process improvements to enhance the reconciliation process. * Develop ability to expertly chase cross-functional dependencies for meeting project deliverables in a timely manner. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required. * 5+ years of professional experience in customer support, technical support, data entry, or other similar functions. * Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities. * Ability to work independently, and collaborate extensively, on projects with defined scope. * Excellent communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work across multiple team dynamics and project deadlines. * Travel <10% for organizational meetings, as needed. Physical Requirements Lifting Requirements - light work or exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Physical Requirements - stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, observing, pushing or pulling, and reaching.
