Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience (5-7 years) in IT leadership roles, with a track record of successful technology implementations and team management. Strong understanding of cybersecurity, computing architecture, data analytics, and industry regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
