Scope of work includes supporting, developing, and maintaining IT technologies for academic stakeholders. The individual in this position works closely with other members of the team to provide technology support for stakeholders via ticketing system and zoom room style help desk. This position leads help desk support for end user support. The position also takes ownership in developing resolutions and new solutions for OS management systems
