Product Manager – International Markets

If yes, then Ultradent, a global leader in oral health, is a good place for you! We are currently seeking an experienced, talented, detailed-oriented and driven Product Manager - International Markets for our Marketing team.

Product Manager - International Markets is a pivotal role in being the connection between the diverse needs of the international Markets and Headquarters. This role is a channel orientated role cantered around championing the needs of the International Markets as well as providing needs-based insights to the various projects within Headquarters impacting these Markets. Utilising strong Trade Marketing experience, this role will be essential in ensuring clear and transparent communication is maintained between the Ultradent Distribution Partners and Headquarters.

  • Working with up to 9 international regions each consisting of team members within each region.

  • Trade Partner announcements, launch activation as well as other distribution partner communication coordination and release to the regions to deliver within region.

  • Product information release management

  • Manage and make suggestions for improvement in regard to the tools utilised for the distribution of information into the international regions. Manage this communication flow to and from the regions to headquarters.

  • Manage and make suggestions for improvements in regard to the flow of communication relating to new product releases, product change announcement and obsoletions considering the Go-To-Market needs in each international region.

  • Co-ordination of translation requirements if needed.

  • Conducting regular competitor analysis and capturing trade activity in the market with the assistance of the Country Management team. Coordination and management of this information from and to the markets.

  • Providing summaries of market insights studies from and to the regions

  • Marketing Plans – responsible for collating marketing plans from regions to headquarters teams. Provide suggestions as to the best way to communicate this information to Headquarter teams.

  • Distributor pricing – where possible, responsible for collating distributor pricing with the assistance of the regions for the purpose of pricing reviews and audits

  • Internal customer management – close alignment and networking with the relevant internal customers to maintain awareness of international region needs as well as internal customer needs back to the regions.

  • International Website oversight

    What we’re looking for in you:

  • A second language is highly desirable.

  • Ability to travel between regions and Headquarters throughout the year is required.

  • 5 or more years’ experience in a similar role(s) is ideal

  • A bachelor’s degree in Trade Marketing or related field is desired.

  • Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of the intricacies of working with International markets.

    What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships

  • Dental or Health Industry experience beneficial but not essential

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office. Microsoft CRM and Hubspot is a plus.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to work autonomously.

  • Outstanding and open communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • Effectively handle competing priorities

  • Ability to manage workflows across varying time zones efficiently.
