National Vision is currently looking for a Labor production Support Hybrid who is dedicated to joining our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part while contributing to an efficient workflow.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

· Manages Jobs per Hour in Multiple Production departments.

· Ensures older jobs are being processed in a timely manner .

· Resolves breakage issues to keep breakages low.

· Processes daily reports for the Production Manager on JPH, breakage, etc.

· Trains lead associates on ANSI standards and reject spotting.

· Orders supplies for multiple Production departments.

· Reviews associates’ performance through HR’s Performance Management system.

· Assists Production Manager with interviewing and selecting associates for multiple Production departments.

· Oversees and participates in associate training.

· Works with other department supervisors to resolve interdepartment issues.

· Schedules all work and vacation time for multiple Production departments.

· Creates and maintains performance records for multiple Production associates.

· Updates and implements department Policies and Procedures; enforces all Company Policies and Procedures.

· Requires 3 to 5 years of experience on related work or lesser jobs either within or outside the organization.

· No specific education level required.

· Must be able to read and write English.

· Beginner to Intermediate knowledge in MS Office including word and excel.

· Sustained light (20lbs or less) physical effort required.

· Previous supervisory experience preferred.

· General methods or policies are defined and some standard procedures are available. Changing situations call for the exercise of regular judgement.
