University of Utah Ticket Office Associate in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
Assists the full-time ticketing staff to ensure excellent customer service online, in person and over the phone. Collects fees or payments from customers purchasing goods or services. Prepares appropriate documentation to record transactions. This position will include working during regular business hours as well as all home football games and other home-ticketed events as assigned.The starting date of this position offers flexibility, permitting a deferral until the beginning of the Fall 2024 semester or the opportunity to work throughout the summer.
