Aerotek Triage Technician in Salt Lake City, Utah

Description:

  • Determines the status of each unit for proper billing, and ensures warranty information is accurate and complete.

  • Diagnose and repair units in accordance with standard United Radio procedures.

  • Performs clerical duties as they relate to the repairs, for example, updating the status of repairs in the computer, making estimates and entering them in the computer, etc.

  • Complete all necessary paperwork and invoicing at time repairs are completed.

  • Perform job-sharing duties as determined by the needs of the division.

  • Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.

  • Performs related duties as requested.
