Key responsibilities

  • You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Field and send out send written business correspondence

  • Manage and place incoming telephone calls Requirements - Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

    • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • 3+ years of past relevant experience

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Background working with Credit Card Fraud

  • Practical knowledge of Inbound Call Center

  • Answering Inbound Calls experience highly preferred

  • Deep understanding of Call Center Customer Service

  • Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service

  • Knowledge of customer service

  • Adeptness in data entry

  • Earlier work involving Potential Fraud

  • General familiarity with Answering Inbound Calls

  • Demonstrated knowledge of numeric data entry

  • Foundational knowledge in Customer service software

  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
