Adecco is thrilled to be recruiting experienced Pharmacy Benefits Representatives for a national pharmaceutical organization at their vibrant San Antonio, Texas site! If you have a background in pharmacy benefits, we want to hear from you!

* Must-Have Skills & Experience:*

  • 1-3 years of experience in pharmacy benefits or customer service, specifically related to verifying eligibility, prescription refills, and prior authorizations.

  • Strong call center experience in pharmacy benefits.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Data entry expertise with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to type 35 words per minute.

  • You must reside within 45 minutes of San Antonio, Texas.

Pay: The anticipated wage for this position is between $17.00 and $ 17.25

Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Benefits Representative, you’ll play a critical role in assisting customers with their prescription needs, ensuring smooth service and satisfaction. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your skills and experience will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify eligibility for prescription benefits.

  • Assist with prescription refills and initiate prior authorizations for medication.

  • Provide top-tier customer service in a call-center environment.

  • Enter and update data with speed and accuracy.

Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility

Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.25 per hour
