Summary

Self-driven Business Analyst to create and manage business insights reporting and daily production results using Power BI. Candidate must be experienced in merging data content, create data linkages, and be able to present business insights to leadership. Ability to collaborate with all parts of the organizations to understand needs and pain points and pull needed data and insights. Candidate will play a key role in providing leadership dashboards, recaps, and analyses that will be used for OKR’s and other performance tracking. Candidate will build production reports to manage lean manufacturing processes and team performance. The business analyst will play an integral role in helping the company drive operational efficiencies and achieve growth targets.

This position will support our Business Analysis & Planning team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

• Dallas, TX

• Las Vegas, NV

• Orlando, FL

• Chicago, IL

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily production reporting; lean manufacturing environment

• Manage monthly financial reporting and assist with performance writeups

• SG&A analysis

• Work with locations to provide variance analysis recaps

• Develop data driven strategic reporting including focus on production and efficiency analysis

• Develop presentations and communication plans

• Participate in forecast and budgeting preparation

• Create performance reports to monitor company initiatives

Education & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• Experience in Microsoft Power BI

• Experience with data management, gathering, analyzing and providing insight

• Great interpersonal skills to communicate with locations and business units

• Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple summary format
