Description:

  • Works under Program Management and Procurement

  • Managing accounts and partnerships as acting buyer/planner and Program Manager

  • Work with customers on RFQs

  • Prepare quotes for customers in response to RFQs

  • Generate Purchase Orders

  • Responsible for interfacing with customers and meeting their requirements/timelines

  • Work with engineering on Buying/Planning activities

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma with 10+ years of experience or B.S. with 5+ years of experience

  • Must have experience purchasing electronic components

  • Must be familiar with PCB Assembly, SMT, or Contract Manufacturing

  • Must have ERP/MRP experience (Activate, NetSuite or similar)

  • Familiarity with Excel (Experience with V-Look Ups, a plus)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
