Description Are you a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist seeking a new opportunity? Robert Half is currently looking for a detail-oriented detail oriented to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities: Process accounts receivable transactions with precision and attention to detail. Generate and distribute invoices to clients in accordance with established procedures and timelines. Record and apply payments received from clients accurately and promptly. Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Collaborate closely with internal teams to address billing inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing reconciliations and supporting documentation. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer transactions, including invoices, payments, and correspondence. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in processing transactions and resolving customer issues. Advanced skills in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
