Pay Range: $24.23 - $27.88

Job Summary
The Aftermarket Parts Associate role supports the Aftermarket by providing a high level of customer service to Hyundai Translead dealers and distributors regarding sales orders, parts availability, parts pricing, supplier information or any other customer requests or needs. This position contributes to the overall mission of Hyundai Translead by providing innovative solutions and improving the customer care experience.
Essential Functions
- Receive and process a high volume of customer requests via email or phone for parts pricing and availability by serial number
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers promptly and politely
- Aid customers with Aftermarket sales support such as tracking packages, shipments, weekly stock orders, return authorizations, and shipping discrepancies
- Communicate any urgent customer service issues to management
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions (Continued)
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to learn about the heavy duty trailer industry
- Previous experience using Excel (basic data entry)
