Description • Generate and post customer and supplier invoices into the computer system

• Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure that payments are up to date and provide reports to Controller

• Interact with management, customers, suppliers and employees to resolve discrepancies in customer and supplier invoices

• Process check requests and insure that all appropriate approvals have been received

• Process credit card expenses and payments

• Track and distribute daily cash receipts and disbursements reports

• Work in conjunction with the Controller to assure a timely month-end close

• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and month end reports as needed

• Generate and distribute a variety of financial reports as needed

• Open and sort daily mail Requirements Accounts Payable (AP)
