Injection Molding Process Technician

3rd Shift

Pay - $25 - $29 per hour

Job Description

  • Adheres to all department guidelines and quality requirements.

  • Conducts set-up processes using fixtures and/or tooling.

  • Responsible for reporting cycle time and part count.

  • Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions.

  • Sets pressures, time, and temperature according to procedures.

  • Works press controls to activate machines to compress compounds between molds to form and cure specified products.

  • Removes cured products from mold using hand tools.

  • The operator is responsible to move products to the next work center in ERP.
