Overview

Intuit's Talent Acquisition organization is seeking a skilled Principal Recruiter to lead Core Engineering recruitment in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and hiring top candidates around the world, utilizing data insights and market intelligence to influence business decisions. As the Principal Recruiter, you will be a key player in shaping strategies and ensuring the company reaches its product and revenue goals.

What you'll bring

  • BA/BS in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience10+ years proven success in full cycle recruitment in a corporate environment (preferably for software/saas companies)

  • Experience partnering and consulting with senior-level business leaders

  • Knowledge and awareness of the engineering industry and emerging recruitment trends.

  • Experience in influencing and driving data-informed decisions.

  • Familiarity with and commitment to inclusive recruiting practices.

  • Positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptable environment, and ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with prior experience leading and mentoring other recruiters/sourcers.

  • Expertise in working with applicant tracking systems, social media, and other recruitment technologies

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data-driven recruitment metrics.

  • Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices to build and maintain an inclusive and diverse hiring environment.

How you will lead

  • Use data to drive decisions and outcomes, ensuring data informs all recruitment strategies.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing, recruiting, and assessment strategies for a variety of engineering roles, including senior-level positions, across units.

  • Support business leaders in defining and articulating talent requirements.

  • Foster a diverse and inclusive hiring environment; sourcing and networking to build pipelines that support our diversity and inclusion goals.

  • Provide expert guidance on all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including interview training, process management, offer negotiation, and new-hire onboarding.

  • Provide hiring team’s expert guidance and consultation on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends, and best practices.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key partners to drive successful outcomes.

  • Provide hiring insights and analysis to business and TA leaders.Build a strong talent community/network by leading and mentoring other recruiters/sourcers.

  • Remain up-to-date and knowledgeable on hiring compliance, immigration, and relocation policies and practices.
