JOB SUMMARY:

Project Manager, US News & World Report (USNWR) is responsible for enhancing the organization performance in quality and USNWR through successful critical thinking, project management, data analysis and interpretation for decision making.This includes supporting hospital and MPF leadership through the planning, facilitation, and implementation of quality and operational projects, performance improvement initiatives, and use of data tracking and analytical tools.

Key responsibilities include:

-Facilitate USNWR process including: survey preparation and completion, gap analysis, data tracking, division quality project management, and liaison for data teams in analytics and report writing.

-Support strategic, quality, IT and operational projects to improve quality, data tracking and analytics,survey completion and patient flow

-Develop, monitor and maintain work plans for the designated Vice President, Senior Vice Presidents, chiefs and directors

-Serve as the facilitator for the resolution and implementation of operational survey completion and data analysis issues within USNWR.

-Establish annual project plan for each participating division.

-Ensure continuous data tracking and monitoring (i.e., quality outcomes, TNA, volumes).

-Establish modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of initiatives.

-Prepare reports and presentations suitable for the Senior Leadership meetings, Committees, Board presentations, and other internal and external audiences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

5 Years of Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree

8 Years of Experience

The expected hiring range for this position is $39.51 to $54.33
