KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) GMS Global Engagement to join our KDN Global Engagement Management organization.

Responsibilities:

• Suggest innovative ways to bring together clients and local teams

• Offer effective solutions for the inefficiencies, problems, or shortcomings evident in the activities of the clients they serve

• Engage regularly, with client contacts and client program managers; work daily with key contacts and across multiple jurisdictions

• Respond to client queries and prevent escalation wherever possible

• Employ KPMG LINK technology and act as a super-user/ambassador for KPMG LINK technology in-use at clients' sites

• Interface with client teams effectively and meet the clients' expectations for work production, work environment/hours, and quality-of-output

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of recent experience in a tax or professional services environment

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or relevant work experience in a tax or professional services environment

• Extensive work experience within a tax Global Mobility setting

• Excellent tax research skills; able to write technical memoranda to a good standard

• Good understanding of the basic and intermediate concepts of global compensation collection
