We have an exciting opportunity that is defining how we use analytics to transform customer experiences, accelerate business growth and optimize our growth efforts. We are looking for a data-driven individual with excellent analytical skills; someone who is an independent self-starter with experience in product conversion, engagement, and retention, and possesses a passion for delivering data-driven insights to join Intuit’s Analytics Center of Excellence.
What you'll bring
3+ years of experience working with product analytics, web analytics, customer care analytics, or other customer experience analytics
Highly proficient in SQL, A/B Testing, Tableau, and Excel. Familiarity with Product Analytics Tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.)
Experience in programming languages and stats packages (e.g. Python, R); experience in developing and deploying machine learning models preferred.
Experience in driving end to end measurement frameworks
Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
Ability to influence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership level
Strategic thinker with ability to provide solutions for business problems
Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical leaders and colleagues
Proactive and inquisitive learner seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that solve for our customers, rather than reacting to circumstances
Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Master’s Degree preferred.
How you will lead
Driving business strategy: You will provide recommendations utilizing multiple types of data, business knowledge, and strategic assumptions when data doesn’t exist. You will be critical to decision-making.
Identifying opportunities and influencing partners to act: You will partner with Product and Customer Support leaders to provide key customer insights and influence strategic decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to ensure reporting solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet expectations of various leaders.
Driving self-serve and data literacy: You will define, implement and standardize metrics, reports and dashboards. You will pursue data quality, troubleshoot data validation, and see issues to resolution. In addition, you will collaborate with Data Engineering in building innovative data capture and real-time analytic capabilities needed by the business.
