Robert Half Sr. Program Manager in San Diego, California

Description

Robert Half is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Hybrid) for a client in the business development industry in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter who can skillfully manage backend operations while providing excellent account management and customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all backend operations, including handling billing and maintaining records of program enrollment, grant disbursements, and program graduates

  • Work closely with the controller to confirm the availability of funds and assess if additional resources are needed

  • Manage accounts receivables and payments using bill.com

  • Schedule meetings and ensure all logistics (dates, times, assignments, changes) are accurately tracked

  • Serve as liaison between board members to ensure the smooth operation of board meetings

  • Handle contract signings via DocuSign

  • Maintain Google Drive organization

  • Manage mail in San Diego office, including depositing physical checks into the system

  • Assist the Executive Director to the CEO

    Requirements

  • Strong technology skills, including proficiency with CRM software

  • Experience in account management and customer service

  • Ability to handle high-level administrative tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

  • Experience in business operations and/or program management

Preferred

  • Knowledge or experience in sales
