Join our dynamic culinary team and showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced airport lounge environment. As a cook, you will prepare food according to specific guidelines and recipes, engage with guests at action stations, and ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include cutting, trimming, and carving meats and poultry, maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, managing food storage and safety, and supporting other kitchen activities such as stocking the buffet and assisting with inventory.
