Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite Only)

Our company is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Facilities Coordinator to join our vibrant team in San Francisco. This role involves overseeing, managing, and coordinating our facilities' day-to-day operations, from maintenance to space planning, ensuring the workplace environment runs smoothly. This position is strictly onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of building maintenance, safety regulations compliance, and oversee office supplies inventory.

• Conduct regular facility inspections.

• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects or repairs.

• Implement best practices in facility management and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Coordinate office moves and manage space allocation.

• Assist with emergency response planning.

• Create reports on facility-related expenditures, maintenance incidents, and other relevant activities.

Requirements

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role.

• Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• High school diploma required; BSc/BA in Facility Management or relevant field is a plus.
