Position Overview:

Responsible for the delivering direct personal care and light housekeeping to assigned patients in Coming Home Hospice. Responsible for observing patients, reporting and documenting these observations, and documenting care performed.

Job Description :

EDUCATION

HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience required.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

CHHA-Home Health Aide or CNA-Certified Hospital Attendant, required.

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

EXPERIENCE TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN

One year experience in a health care setting providing personal care preferred.

This position is not travelling hospice care. This position will be at one Sutter facility.

Pay Range is $28.70 to $34.44 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
