Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Lead Software Developer to join an early stage foodtech startup. This role will report directly to the CEO and will play a key role in preparing the companys platform for general availability. This is a hands on coding position that will work on a Djano/Python based platform with a custom front end using Javascript, Bootstrap. The main focus of this role is to debug and refine the existing backend business process code and to upgrade some key frontend components with a .js framework. 50% of the coding will be in pair developer mode with the CEO in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.

Skills and Requirements

Must understand how to set up development environments using Heroku and Postgres

 Extensive experience using Django and Python

 Proven ability managing GitHub environments

 Working frontend knowledge using React null
