Nuvolum Sales Account Executive in San Francisco, California

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Account Executives to join our team and drive new business sales to the next level. This client-facing role is highly impactful, responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals while building upon our already robust pipeline. Ideal candidates will be action-oriented individuals with a passion for generating results, capable of aligning others with their vision and leading them towards success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach through in-person and online meetings, building proposals, and closing deals.

  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue quotas by managing and executing the sales process.

  • Understand clients' businesses and match them with Nuvolum’s services to make the best recommendations.

  • Deliver high-quality prospecting through email and phone outreach consistently.

  • Craft proposals that demonstrate both analytical and strategic sales abilities.

  • Communicate accurate forecast information to the management team.

  • Achieve a minimum of $250,000 On Target Earnings (OTE) annually, through a combination of base, as well as commission. 

  • Collaborate with Directors of Account Management and Implementation to ensure seamless hand-off between departments post-sale.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in new business development or sales.

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue and growth goals.

  • Experience working within the healthcare industry, particularly with doctors, is advantageous.

  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and the value provided by a full-service marketing and PR agency.

  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills, capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

  • Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis.
